Refund Policy

Credit purchases

Coin / credit top-ups purchased via Stripe are generally non-refundable, because credits are delivered instantly on purchase. If you believe there was a billing error or unauthorized charge, email hello@votingmachine.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll investigate.

Paid rooms

Entry fees for paid rooms are non-refundable once paid — they are committed to the room's prize pool. Exceptions:

• The creator cancels the room before distribution — all entrants are refunded at cost.
• The room never reaches a single resolved market at the end date — we may refund at our discretion.

Gift-card redemptions

Once a redemption is fulfilled (the code is delivered), it cannot be refunded or exchanged. If fulfillment is blocked (e.g., reward is out of stock), we'll refund your credits in full and notify you.

Fraudulent or disputed activity

We reserve the right to reverse credit purchases, clawback redemptions, or freeze balances if we detect fraud, chargebacks, collusion, or Terms violations.
